Free ADHD resources

All these free ADHD worksheets include a black and white easy to print version. The easiest way to use them is to either laminate them or frame them behind glass, and then use a whiteboard marker to write on them.

on the top of the worksheet there are 3 boxes reading short term goals, mid term goals, long term goals. Under this there are two much larger boxes, reading to do list and notes.

First, a To Do list, but with a twist: Including your goals can help keep you motivated.
When prioritizing is hard, try numbering the tasks 1-6 and then throwing a dice to see what to do.

Now a To Do list system to help with prioritization, you can combine this with a dice too, of course!

What about recurring tasks? This can help you build habits with ADHD.
It has space for three different types of task, and four of each. You write the name of the tasks on the left and then tick them as you do them, every day or every second day.

This last one is just the days of the week, to help you plan out and visualize your week.
