My approach

The most important thing I do is try not to get in your way. I provide a safe and non-judgemental space for you to talk about whatever is getting to you.

There are many paths to the change you want to make. As an integrative therapist I work flexibly according to what each client prefers and the goals they set for their therapy.
For example, some want to make changes in their present and future while others want to examine their past. Some want to change behaviours, some want to change their thinking. Some people want to explore their thoughts and feelings while some people want practical tools. Whatever approach they like, many say what they value most is that space to be heard.

I offer free 15 minute phone consultations before our first meeting to help you decide if we’re a good fit.
